Just wrong to call it a shepherds pie. Shepherds Pie means lamb, Cottage Pie means Beef. Make up a new name for this concotion

Aren't you aware to the fact that extra virgin olive oil has a low smoke point and can be harmful if it burns?
I made this last night. It was awesome! The lemon and garlic really balance the sardine flavor. And it's so easy! Definitely adding this to our regular meal rotation!

What a find this recipe is! And to think I actually had all these ingredients, so it was made fairly soon after. Good with chicken, yes, but also good with other things. Lovely dressing.

I made some bland duck confit recently and decided to can up a 15 bean soup for my pantry. I used the duck confit and some bacon in the bean soup. It was phenomenal.
